. cost/price aspects of the quote To demonstrate technical acceptability, the non-price quote shall provide comprehensive technical .specifications confirming conformity with the minimum requirements set forth in the PWS

The quoter should also provide information on any problems encountered on the identified contracts or efforts and the quoter's corrective actions. The quoter may identify contracts or efforts for its proposed subcontractors among the two of past performance references provided in its quote. If past performance references are provided for a subcontractor, the quoter's quote should detail clearly the aspects of the work in the solicitation that the subcontractor is proposed to perform. It is the contractor's responsibility to adequately explain the relevance of a reference provided for a subcontractor's past performance to the effort that the subcontractor is proposed to perform under the solicitation.
The Government will consider the quality of the quoter's relevant past performance. This is considered separate and distinct from the Contracting Officer's responsibility determination.
The "Past Performance Information Form" is an attachment to the solicitation. The forms will count toward the Volume I page limit described above.
For additional information regarding a particular reference beyond that which will fit on the form, the quoter may continue onto additional sheets of paper. Such continuation sheet(s) for submitted references will count toward the Volume I page limit.
(2) Volume II - Price Quote
The Price Quote in Volume II must include the solicitation pricing pages completed by the quoter. The quoter shall include prices for each CLIN on the solicitation pricing pages and shall provide a total firm-fixed-price.
