The RFQ incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses addressing representations, certifications, payment procedures, contract administration, and compliance requirements including safeguarding covered defense information, prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment, export controls, and transportation of supplies by sea. Packaging requirements are specified per AFMC Form 158. The contract is certified DO-rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) for national defense use. Payment will be processed through WAWF using the routing data table provided, with invoicing and receiving reports submitted electronically.
