About this file

This is a Solicitation/Contract for Hangar Door Maintenance Services issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command, with the solicitation number FA480925Q0032. The procurement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and has a total estimated contract value of $12,500,000, covering a base period and four option years plus a potential 6-month extension. The contract will be for comprehensive hangar door maintenance and repair services at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina, with pricing structured as firm-fixed price across multiple contract line items including annual maintenance, service calls, emergency service calls, and supplies/materials.

Offerors must submit a quote including a Price Exhibit, Technical Exhibit, and Past Performance Exhibit by 11:00 AM EST on 09 May 2025. The technical evaluation will assess warranty terms, electrical licenses, and a Mission Essential Contractor Services Plan, while past performance will be rated based on a capability statement demonstrating at least 5 years of hangar door experience. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical acceptability, and past performance, with the government intending to award to the vendor offering the most advantageous solution. A site visit can be requested by 18 April 2025, with a potential group visit on 24 April if there is sufficient interest from vendors.

1. Before commencing work under this contract, the contractor shall certify in writing to the Contracting Officer hat the required insurance has been obtained.
