A significant portion of work will be conducted in and around salt water environments requiring statewide on-site services. The RFP is numbered DOT-RFP-26-9035-DG with a response deadline of Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Technical proposal opening is scheduled for February 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, price proposal opening for March 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, and the selection/intended award meeting for March 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. Travel expenses are reimbursable based on actual mileage from the vendor's closest Florida office location and comply with Section 112.061, Florida Statutes. There is no budgetary ceiling; funds are encumbered for each Task Work Order issued by the Department's Project Manager. All payments are subject to a one percent MyFloridaMarketplace transaction fee.
