About this file

This is a solicitation attachment document for the State of Minnesota's Department of Natural Resources procurement of trekking pole sets. The State seeks to purchase one hundred and four (104) new Black Diamond trekking pole sets or DNR-approved equivalents for delivery to locations and specifications outlined in Exhibit C of the contract document. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal (SWIFT system) by the deadline specified in the Event Details, with questions regarding the solicitation due no later than October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The State reserves the right to use any resulting contract from this solicitation and will not accept non-electronic or email submissions. Prospective responders experiencing portal upload issues may contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100, option 1.

The solicitation requires responders to enter bid prices at the unit line level in SWIFT rather than using a separate price schedule document. Responders must provide detailed information including contractor contact representatives for contract management and purchase order receipt, prompt payment discount terms, delivery timeframe after order receipt, trekking pole make and model, warranty coverage details, and original manufacturer or authorized dealer status with supporting documentation. Responders must certify compliance with non-collusion provisions, organizational conflict of interest disclosures, authorized signatory authority, and accuracy of submitted information. The State reserves the right to reject responses containing unauthenicated alterations or erasures of pricing. No specific set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or contract term details are identified in this attachment document.
