The contractor must also deliver bulk propylene and liquid oxygen to shipyard storage tanks, install and maintain telemetry monitoring devices on bulk tanks to ensure levels do not fall below 30 percent capacity, provide racks of 12 argon/CO2 bottles in palletized cradles capable of operating minimum six welding machines, and furnish a 1,500-gallon minimum liquid oxygen bulk tank. Additional requirements include providing and installing safety signage with company identification, delivering Material Safety Data Sheets at contract award and annually thereafter, scheduling bulk deliveries with 24-hour preferred or minimum 4-hour notice, loading and unloading all bottles without government assistance except for 12-cylinder racks, and reimbursing the government for relief valve failures at prorated gas value.
