About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a runway rubber removal and repainting project at NAS Corpus Christi. The Navy intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a total small business for runway maintenance. Key details include a site visit scheduled for 1 August 2025, proposal submission deadline of 28 August 2025 at 3:00 p.m. CST, and a required bid bond of 20% of total bid price or $3,000,000 (whichever is less). The amendment incorporates pre-proposal inquiry (PPI) responses, clarifies certain solicitation requirements, and extends the proposal submission date. Proposals should be emailed to Jaini M. King and Nicole M. Pearson, with the project involving rubber removal and repainting of both runways at Waldron Field, potentially allowing simultaneous runway closures with coordination from Airfield Management.
