The requirement includes one QX700E Droplet Digital PCR System, RDG16 Cartridges, NAICA 10x Multiplex ddPCR, and a NAICA IQ/OQ Kit. This is a competitive procurement for commercial items conducted under FAR 12.603 with a firm-fixed-price award structure. The acquisition does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000 and is not set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The required system must provide droplet digital PCR capability for absolute quantification of target DNA or RNA molecules without standard curves, support an integrated all-in-one workflow encompassing droplet generation, PCR processing, droplet reading, and analysis, and enable multiplexed ddPCR assays with seven-color detection capability. The system must include integrated control with touchscreen or computer interface and software for data acquisition, visualization, analysis, and concentration calculation, be compatible with QX700E accessories and consumables, and be supplied and supported by the original equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the most advantageous quote, with technical factors outweighing cost. Responses must include unit and total pricing, shipping and handling costs, delivery timeframe, delivery terms, F.O.B. point, product catalog numbers, product specifications, warranty, installation capability, past performance, UEI, TIN, and business size certification. All offerors must be actively registered in SAM at www.sam.gov. All responses must be received by September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST and submitted electronically to danielt@mail.nih.gov with reference to solicitation number 75N98026Q01056.
