If you wish to limit a potential award to you to a minimum number of items, enter notes in the box provided on the Schedule of Items.
If you do not have all items of equipment, you may still quote. Leave blank any line item you cannot provide.
The contractor will transport equipment to and from the delivery locations identified below as part of the rental unit price. No separate line item for transport will be charged.
Delivery Date and Delivery Location There are two equipment drop off sites:
#1 Meyers Work Center 3030 US Highway 50 South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

Description of Requirement This contract is to rent several pieces of heavy equipment without operator. The USFS will provide fuel and operators for the equipment, which will be used for construction of trails and work on a stream and meadow restoration project.
Rental period will be approximately June 1, 2023 to October 15, 2023, with the possibility to shorten or extend the contract for 1 or more pieces of equipment at the monthly rate. This contract will consider “monthly” to be 4 weeks.
Approximate rental periods for each piece of equipment are identified in the Schedule of Items.
Equipment must be pressure washed before delivery to the project area to remove weeds and petroleum products.
