About this file

This document is a Sole Source Justification for supplies and/or services issued by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE). ODE is preparing to renew its contract/subscription with TransACT Communications, Inc. (TransACT) for the 2023-2024 school year. The subscription includes an unlimited use license, professional translation services, and routine updates to keep the content current.

The estimated cost for the one-year renewal is $140,000, and ODE anticipates continuing to renew this contract on a yearly basis until the five-year expiration date. Background:

ODE is preparing to renew its contract/subscription with TransACT Communications, Inc. (TransACT) for the 2023-2024 school year.
