About this file
This document is a Sole Source Justification and Approval Form for the procurement of Locate Ticket Management Software from Irth Solutions by the City of Atlanta. The requested software provides features such as auto-processing and assignment of tickets to locators, 10-year data cloud retention, and incident management for damages. The contract term is up to 3 years and covers up to 14 users, 70,000 tickets per year, and 20GB of attachments per year.
The total contract value is $24,000. Irth Solutions is being sole-sourced as the manufacturer's partner associated with the existing mid-range or large systems purchased by the City. The sole source justification cites the need for compatibility with the existing equipment and the technical services associated with the assembly, installation, or servicing of the highly specialized software. A board presentation is required since the contract value exceeds $100,000.
