GRCA BRIDGE SHUTTLE BUS CONTRACT Federal contract opportunity
Solicitation number
140P1520R0011
Issued by
Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region

About this file

This document is a justification for a sole source award of a shuttle bus contract for Rocky Mountain and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The contract will be awarded noncompetitively to the incumbent contractor who currently provides these shuttle bus services. Notices of the opportunity were published in accordance with FAR requirements and other incumbent contractors were notified. Market research was conducted and included in an attached report. The anticipated cost is determined to be fair and reasonable based on FAR price analysis procedures. Any barriers to competition will be removed before future acquisitions for these shuttle bus services, which will then be competitively solicited. The contract will be awarded by the National Park Service Intermountain Region to provide shuttle bus services from June 1, 2020 onwards under solicitation 140P1520R0011 for an unknown value and period of performance.
