In addition, since this facility is a United States Government facility, attendees are advised that they must park at the outer parking lot (or on Totius Street if the outer parking lot is full) and check in with security prior to entering the facility. All attendees must, minimally, have a photo I.D. to check in at security. Those attendees that are not on the list will not be allowed to enter.
All attendees are encouraged to arrive at the location no later than 8:30 AM, as the meeting will begin promptly and late arrivals will not be allowed. Additionally, all cell phones and other electronic devices must be left at the security gate and they will be kept in a locked area for return upon conclusion of the meeting. The USAID facility does have a cafeteria where attendees may purchase beverages prior to the meeting. However, beverages and food will not be allowed into the conference room due to space limitations.
