R 1. Strengthened capacity of regional and local government and civil society to collaboratively provide, manage, and monitor integrated, comprehensive care to OVC and their families
R 3. Community members and households caring for vulnerable children will have increased and on-going capacity to meet their basic needs
R 4. Strengthen shared learning and evidence base to improve programming and inform policy and program investment
R 2. OVC and their families have increased access to health and social services
Intermediate Results:
IR 2.1 Increased number of OVC receiving age and developmentally appropriate health and social services IR 3.1 Established and strengthened coordination of care system across community stakeholders working to improve wellbeing of OVC.
