About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment to Solicitation 75H70726Q00002 issued by the Albuquerque Indian Health Service for dental coding services. The amendment clarifies that the solicitation is specifically for remote coding services for a dental clinic, with pricing based on hourly rates between 1300-1440 hours per year. The scope covers coding for general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, and hygiene visits using RPMS and Dentrix electronic health record systems, with an estimated 75-120 claims processed daily.

Key modifications include extending the due date to December 19, 2025 at 12 PM MT, confirming that billing services are not part of the contract, and specifying that coders will require VPN access and background checks. The pricing structure is hourly-based rather than per-action, with contractors expected to review and complete dental visit documentation in RPMS PCC and use CDT (Current Dental Terminology) code sets specific to Indian Health Service requirements.
