SCHEDULES
Purpose: This attachment provides a pricing breakdown of the CLINs identified below for the purpose of tracking work completed and preparing invoices.
Invoice Process: Invoices will be submitted against the CLINs identified below and summarized below in the Total for Schedules.
Offers will be considered for award on the following schedules, but no offers will be considered for award on only a part of a schedule.
For the purpose of this solicitation, offerors shall enter their proposed price for the tasks listed.
The monthly total on each line will be calculated based on the provided estimated number of accumulation events expected. The annual total will be calculated by applying the monthly total to the expected number of months that plowing will be required, which is anticipated to be for a total of six months. The offerors shall complete this process for each schedule in the base and all option years. The resulting annual total will be reflected in the table, Totals below, and in the cover page of the contract. Monthly invoices will be submitted as one lump sum and will be verified for accuracy utilizing the schedules in this Attachment and the verified number of times that the contractor actually performed the services.
Please note that the monthly or annual total is not guaranteed. The contractor will only be paid for the actual number of times that a task is performed. The price calculated per month and annually is to provide a basis to obligate funding to be available for payment of the requirement.
