About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the National Park Service for groundwater monitoring services at Yellowstone National Park. The solicitation (140P1425Q0037) seeks a contractor to conduct annual groundwater testing near four of the park's wastewater treatment plants: Fishing Bridge, Grant Village, Old Faithful, and Madison. The period of performance is from August 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, with a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541620 and a small business size standard of $19.0M.
The award will be made to the vendor providing the lowest price quotation that meets technical specifications and demonstrates prior experience. Offerors must submit a detailed project narrative including project management approach, key personnel qualifications, wilderness and bear-country safety procedures, laboratory methods, and sample handling protocols. The government will evaluate proposals based on price, project management capabilities, prior experience with similar groundwater monitoring projects in remote wilderness conditions, and past performance. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Molly Lynam by May 1, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with contract award anticipated shortly thereafter.
