Thank you for your interest in this solicitation, which is designated as a total small business set aside. Our primary goal is to identify a qualified contractor who can provide all necessary tools, labor, and materials to successfully complete the replacement of the Waccamaw National Wildlife Refuge

Hasty Point Rice Trunk & Levee Project, in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) rev2. This project has a magnitude of construction between $100,000 and $250,000. The Site Visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 10:00 am local time and will take place at 773 Hasty Point Drive, Georgetown, SC 29440.

To ensure smooth coordination, access to the site must be arranged with the Contract Specialist Nelson

T. Crawford and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Jason Hunnicutt, at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please direct any questions to the Contract Specialist prior to the question / answer deadline of June 17, 2026, at 12:00 am EST. Proposals must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026, at
