This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Longview, WA, has a requirement to repair a 2001 John Deere 410 G Backhoe/Loader TO410GX900207. The anticipated performance period is from 02/15/2021 through 03/01/2021.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is open to LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESSES and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses. The NAICS code is 811310 Other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical repair and Maintenance, the small business the business size standard is $8.0 Million.
Instructions; All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The Option will be evaluated in accordance with FAR provision 52.212-2 – Evaluation -- Commercial Items.

PLATFORM (IPP) (APR 2013)
"Payment request" means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment by the Contractor. To constitute a proper invoice, the payment request must comply with the requirements identified in the applicable Prompt Payment clause included in the contract, or the clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items included in commercial item contracts.
