About this file
This document appears to be a set of recommendations for soil level maintenance agreed upon between OLM and ORC. The recommendations include specific maintenance levels for various crops such as corn, beans, wheat, and milo, as well as the necessary amounts of fertilizers like DAP, potash, and urea. The goal is to establish these maintenance levels so that Site Superintendents can apply them annually after taking soil samples and following the proper procurement procedures. The document also notes that lime may need to be added to adjust the pH levels after the soil samples have been analyzed.
The document does not provide any additional details related to a state or local contract opportunity, such as project overviews, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, funding requirements, or other salient information typically found in solicitation documents.
