All bids must include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement regarding any familial relationships with school board members or district officials, as well as an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification. The district is not obligated to award based on low bid alone and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. A minimum one-year warranty against defects for materials and installation is required. All work must comply with applicable state and local codes, including the Federal Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act (Public Law 111-380). Payment will be withheld until the district is satisfied with the work, and work is to commence on a date mutually agreed upon by the Director of Operations and the contractor.
