Key deliverables include a detailed end-of-visit report within 10 days, documenting software programming parameters, repair actions, and software/firmware version audits. The performance will occur from 01-05 December 2025, with critical safety considerations including working around high-voltage electrical systems and navigating inconsistent electrical color coding. The technical point of contact is Michael Natole, Principle Port Engineer, with Hannah Hill serving as the onsite technical contact for Naval Station Guam access.
