The contractor must submit Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Receiving Reports listing parent serial numbers shipped within two business days of Government Quality Assurance acceptance via email to usarmy.redstone.amcom.mbx.g3m-snrr@army.mil. The TAMMS-A Customer Support Office will verify discrepancies within five working days, requiring contractor correction and resubmission within 10 working days. Contract closeout requires final receiving reports submitted through WAWF using DODAAC W81D17, with final verification of contracted versus reported quantities.
