Question - When a page and or sections within a page are marked, to the US federal government standard for doing so, are defined Proprietary and Confidential to the provider, is that material subject to freedom of information request? Will the defined Proprietary and Confidential in an RFI always be redacted or not provided as a result of and freedom of information request? What about another federal program (another one within USFS, or say DOI or DOD) not involved the RFI but they want to study the defined Proprietary and Confidential info / document?
Answer – Any Information/document that is provided by the contractor, and is marked proprietary, will not be shared.
Question - Is this a new requirement or are there incumbent contracts? If there is an incumbent vendor, would you be able to provide the contract details (such as: Vendor Name, Contract Number, Award
Date, Value)?
