JUSTIFICATION FOR UNACCEPTABLE SURPLUS MATERIEL

Physically damaged, visual corrosion, missing parts are not acceptable. Misrepresentation of the item by the vendor shall be cause for rejection and return of the item to the vendor at no cost to the gov.
