NOTICE OF INTENDED DECISION TO PURCHASE

SOLE/SINGLE SOURCE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES

In accordance with section 287.057(5)(3)(c), Florida Statutes, and the established procedure in Brevard County Policy BCC-25 for Sole Source acquisitions, Brevard County Board of County Commissioners hereby gives public notice of intent to enter into a sole source contract for commodities or services described on the attached Single/Sole Source Justification and Approval Form.

Respondents who believe they can meet or exceed the requirements described must provide convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.

In the event respondents can supply substantially similar products and/or services, the County may elect to cancel this Notice of Intent and advertise a formal solicitation.

Brevard County assumes no responsibility for responses received after the posting deadline.
