About this file

This document is the Signature Page for a manually submitted Invitation to Bid (ITB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) response from the State of Idaho Department of Administration Division of Purchasing. The ITB or RFP is for a Hot Beverages and Equipment contract opportunity for the State of Idaho and Ada County. The solicitation requires the submission of an original signature, either handwritten in ink or an electronic signature, from an authorized representative of the bidding vendor. The bid must be submitted in a sealed package with the bid number and title clearly marked on the exterior. Bids can be mailed to the Division of Purchasing or hand-delivered to their office. The solicitation incorporates the State of Idaho's standard contract terms and conditions, as well as any special terms and conditions.

The pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, and other salient details are not provided in this document. The key focus is on the administrative requirements for submitting a manual bid response, including signature authorization, packaging, and delivery instructions.
