About this file
This document contains specifications for the 2023 Walk-In Area Signs and Game Production Area (GPA) Sign Order requested by the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks. The order includes a variety of sign types in different sizes, colors, and quantities to be delivered by May 1, 2023. The signs must meet specific material, printing, and quality requirements. The order includes 1,500 large Walk-In Area signs, 200 "This is NOT a Walk-In Area" signs, 400 "Leaving Walk-In Area" signs, and numerous other sign types related to Walk-In Areas, Game Production Areas, and other hunting access areas. Separate billing and delivery instructions are provided for the Walk-In Area signs versus the GPA signs.
The document also includes detailed plate illustrations for the different sign types. Pricing information is not provided, but the signs are to be funded through various Game, Fish and Parks Department accounts and project codes. This appears to be an annual contract for the department's sign needs, though any renewal options are not specified.
