About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB25-0402) issued by the City of Orlando Procurement and Contracts Division for Sidewalk Repairs, Concrete Repairs, and Construction. The solicitation seeks sealed electronic responses to be submitted via OpenGov by 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, June 12, 2025. The bid includes a comprehensive list of 39 line items covering various concrete and infrastructure work, such as brick removal and relay, barricades, traffic management, concrete sidewalk and curb installation (new and replacement), ADA curb ramps, detectable warnings, and landscaping restoration. A non-mandatory pre-bid teleconference is scheduled for May 22, 2025, at 10:00 am using Microsoft Teams, and the question submission deadline is May 29, 2025, at 5:00 pm.

The pricing proposal includes detailed unit costs and quantities for each line item, with units of measure ranging from square yards (SY) to linear feet (LF) and each (EA). Respondents are required to submit their bids electronically through the City of Orlando's e-procurement Portal, with no cost for vendor registration. The city emphasizes that only electronic responses will be accepted, and all other submission methods will be considered non-responsive. The solicitation is managed by Silvia Coste, Senior Purchasing Agent from the Streets and Stormwater Department, and bidders are advised to maintain updated vendor information in the OpenGov system and regularly check for any addenda or updates to the solicitation.
