About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for an industrial specialist position. The amendment provides answers to questions from potential offerors. The solicitation is seeking proposals for an industrial specialist contract with an estimated quantity of 2080 hours over its life. The incumbent contractor is identified along with their contract value and number. The anticipated award date is within 60 calendar days from the receipt of offers date. Incumbents are eligible to rebid. Only past performance, resumes, and pricing are required in proposals, not a technical solution. Travel costs do not need to be proposed as reimbursement will follow the FAR. A public trust security clearance is required. The amendment clarifies that only the first option year's hourly rates need be provided as the expected hours are 1040. State and commercial past performances can be included. Completing the SF1449 form, ACH form, and a resume comprise the necessary proposal package.
