About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the FBI's Finance and Facilities Division seeking information about HR Practitioner Training services. The FBI aims to transform its human capital occupation by creating skilled HR professionals who can serve as business advisors, change consultants, and leaders who promote a results-oriented performance culture.
Interested vendors must submit capability statements including company name, business size, evidence of technical ability and experience, GSA Schedule status, commercial/non-commercial designation, and estimated costs. Responses are due by 12:00pm CST on February 7, 2025, with questions to be submitted to Contracting Officer Robert Shifflet or Contract Specialist Kimala Cox. The RFI is open to both small and large businesses, and while GSA Schedule information is requested, it is not required. The RFI explicitly states that responses are not offers and will not result in a direct contract award, as this is purely for market research purposes.
