About this file
The document is a non-award notification letter and procurement determination from the Arizona State Procurement Office, specifically the Department of Administration (ADOA), for Request for Proposal No. BPM006872 regarding Supplemental Ammunition Products. The communication is addressed to Shooter's World, located in Goodyear, Arizona, and is signed by Melanie Guyette, Deputy Chief Procurement Officer. The solicitation involves the State of Arizona and was processed under the authority of A.R.S. § 41-2534 and A.A.C. R2-7-C311.
The procurement determination indicates that Shooter's World was deemed "not susceptible for award" primarily because they failed to submit two critical attachments: Attachment I (Experience and Capacity Response) and Attachment J (Method of Approach). As a result, the company's proposal did not substantially meet the mandatory requirements of the solicitation. The state further determined that notifying the offeror would potentially compromise their ability to negotiate with other potential vendors. The document serves as an official record of the procurement decision and will be placed in the procurement file, effectively disqualifying Shooter's World from the Supplemental Ammunition Products statewide contract.
