RE: Award of Contract No. CTR076677 – Supplemental Ammunition Products Statewide

Dear Mr. Sprague:

Thank you for submitting a response to Request for Proposal No. BPM006872. I am pleased to inform you that your company's offer has been selected for award. The initial contract term of one year shall begin on April 29th 2025. Four (4) additional terms are available for renewal.

The procurement file for this solicitation, including evaluation documents and resultant contract will be available shortly via the State's e-Procurement system, Arizona Procurement Portal

(APP).

In order to complete the contract award process and in accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions, your company is required to submit a Certificate of Insurance. The certificate of insurance (COI) shall indicate that your company is in compliance with insurance requirements contained in the contract. Please submit your certificate of insurance to me as soon as possible.

Once the COI has been received, the Offer and Acceptance form will be signed by the State completing the contract process.

You are cautioned not to begin any services under the contract until the Procurement Officer assigned to your contract has issued a purchase order against the contract through APP.
