About this file
This document contains shipping instructions for contractors delivering items through Charleston Transportation Office destined for Honduras.
Contractors must use the specified SHIP TO and MARK FOR addresses on all container labels to prevent processing delays and non-delivery. All freight shipped to Honduras requires freight clearance authorization obtained before shipment; failure to comply results in rejection at the in-transit address and potential return of shipments at contractor expense. For hazardous materials clearance questions, contractors must contact their local Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC) office, with additional logistical support available through USARSO G-4 at (210)295-6729, 6153, or 6719. Transportation Control Number (TCN) designation varies based on shipment quantity: single shipments use XXX as the final three digits, while multiple shipments require sequential labeling (XAX for first shipment, XBX for second, and so on). The document references DD Form 1387 for shipping documentation and provides a URL for downloading the current version.
