About this file
This is an SF30 Amendment to Solicitation for Ebola supplies issued by the U.S. Embassy Harare in Zimbabwe. The amendment (A00001), effective August 4, 2026, modifies solicitation PR16121122 and extends the proposal submission deadline to August 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Harare time. The delivery location has been changed to Harare, Zimbabwe, via air freight, with delivery terms specified as CIF Harare. Risk of loss transfers to the Government upon arrival at Harare International Airport.
The solicitation requires the procurement of medical and safety supplies across 13 contract line items (CLINs), including 3,000 boxes of medium gloves, 4,000 boxes of large gloves, 1,000 boxes of small gloves, chlorine NaDCC (50kg bags), sodium hypochlorite 5% solution, surgical face masks, scrubs, fluid-resistant gowns, disposable aprons, sanitizer, and bin liners. All specifications are provided in the pricing schedule, with estimated quantities clearly identified as the number of boxes (100 units each) required. The contractor must deliver all items within two weeks of purchase order award. All prices must be submitted in USD and include labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation to the embassy. The U.S. Embassy is VAT-exempt and will handle customs clearance and import permits. All dated products must have a minimum of 5–6 months of remaining shelf life at delivery. The Government guarantees a minimum annual order of $300 USD and will not exceed $30,000 USD annually. The applicable NAICS code is 423450. The Government will make a single award covering all CLINs, and commercially equivalent products are acceptable without brand-specific requirements.
