About this file

This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Standard Form 1449) issued by the Nevada Army National Guard for meal catering services at Camp Navajo Military Reservation.

The solicitation seeks a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) or Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) contractor to provide commercial breakfast and dinner meals to the 1864th Maintenance Training Center (MTC) during two separate eight-day periods in 2026: June 12-19 and August 24-31. Item 0001 requires 2,240 combined meals over eight days in June, while Item 0002 requires 1,950 combined meals over eight days in August. Both line items are priced on a firm fixed-price basis with offerors required to submit a price per meal. The solicitation number is W9124X26QA007 with an offer due date of April 22, 2026 at 11:30 AM local time. Gregory Kothman serves as the contracting officer contact. Meals will be prepared and served at the Camp Navajo dining facility, and the contractor must coordinate directly with Camp Navajo and comply with all facility terms and conditions. Service acceptance will occur at the performance site (DoDAAC: W65KUH). Evaluation criteria include price and technical factors (proposed meal menus and reasonable assurance that the offeror operates in the catering services industry). The contract incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses including those addressing service contract labor standards, small business set-asides, and various compliance requirements. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, with invoices submitted to Ms. Gina Putt at the Nevada Army National Guard office in Carson City.

The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:

[Insert evaluation factors in the relative order of importance. For requests for proposals, state:
