About this file
This modification amends a solicitation for secure juvenile services. The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks providers to house male and female federal juvenile offenders located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or the District of Columbia. The amendment adds clauses requiring covered contractor employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021, follow CDC safety protocols, and designate a compliance lead. Subcontractors must also ensure employee vaccination.
