Compensation structure is flexible and can be structured per hour, per deliverable, per day, fixed rate, or variable rate, with a specified not-to-exceed amount to be determined during contract negotiation. The contractor must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Indiana Access to Public Records Act, all federal and state laws, obtain required permits and licenses, and participate in the E-Verify program for employee work authorization verification. Insurance requirements are mandated per Hamilton County Ordinance No. 12-08-2025-A, with certificates of insurance required before work commences. Payment is due within thirty-five days of invoice acceptance. The contractor must indemnify Hamilton County from third-party claims arising from negligent acts or breaches, maintain nondiscrimination practices in employment, and warrants authority to execute the contract. Hamilton County reserves the right to terminate for cause with thirty days' notice or for convenience without notice, and funding is contingent upon fiscal body appropriation under Indiana Code 5-22-17-5.
