About this file
The document is a Service Locations schedule for Collin County, Texas, detailing 15 different county office locations that require armored car services. The schedule provides specific pickup details for various county departments across McKinney, Plano, and Frisco, including Tax Assessor Collector offices, Treasury/County Clerk, Detention Center, Development Services, District Clerk, and other administrative and judicial offices. Each location is assigned a specific earliest arrival time for pickup, with most pickups occurring Monday through Friday between 9:45 AM and 12:40 PM, and all deliveries routed to American National Bank in Allen by 4:00 PM on the same day.
The service locations are categorized with precise address information, including street addresses, suite numbers, and zip codes. Three locations (McKinney Tax Assessor Collector, Plano Tax Assessor Collector, and Frisco Tax Assessor-Collector) are noted as having daily change orders, while the remaining locations have standard pickup procedures. All pickups are consistently designated to the same delivery location (American National Bank in Allen), suggesting a standardized approach to cash and deposit management across Collin County's various administrative offices. The document appears to be a critical supporting document for the county's armored car services procurement process, providing potential vendors with essential logistical details for service execution.
