The solicitation includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements under 49 CFR Part 26, mandating prompt payment to subcontractors within seven days of receipt of payment from the City. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA standards, heat-related illness prevention requirements, and confined space entry protocols. The contractor must provide one-year warranty coverage on all equipment supplied and maintain sufficient local inventory to support daily City requirements. The form requires authorized representatives to acknowledge that documents contain Sensitive Security Information controlled under 49 C.F.R.
