About this file
This is a seller checklist document from the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for small purchases submitted through the PHLContracts online platform. The specific opportunity involves a Frigidaire 18 cubic foot refrigerator to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The procurement may be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interests. Prospective sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award and are instructed not to deliver products or provide services until receiving notification from the department.
The checklist outlines a 13-step submission process requiring sellers to confirm their role as "Seller" rather than "Seller Admin," answer mandatory questions including Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, enter unit costs for each item, accept terms and conditions, and submit required documentation. Sellers must have an executed Consent & Authorization form on file in their vendor profile or attach one with their quote, as no quote will be considered without this document. The checklist also notes that an optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form is available for submission, and sellers may attach additional documents related to their quote. All validation warnings must be resolved before submission through the PHLContracts platform.
