About this file
This is a seller checklist document from the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for small order purchases submitted through the PHLContracts platform. The document outlines the procedural requirements for vendors submitting quotes for Solid Blue Unisex Pullover Pajamas in Pennsylvania. Sellers must complete all required tabs within the system, including the General Tab where they specify Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, the Items Tab where unit costs are entered for each line item, and the Questions Tab where mandatory questions must be answered. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All items must be quoted to be eligible for award consideration, and vendors are instructed not to deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
The submission process requires vendors to maintain the Seller role, download and accept all terms and conditions, and complete several attachment requirements. A Consent & Authorization form must be on file in the vendor profile or attached with the quote, as no quote will be considered without this document. Vendors have the option to submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form and any other documents related to their quote. Vendors must address all red validation warnings on the Summary Tab before submitting their quotes through the PHLContracts portal. The document emphasizes saving and continuing on every tab throughout the submission process to ensure proper completion and to enable the final submission of the quote.
