About this file
This is a seller checklist for small order purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for submission through the PHLContracts platform. The document outlines the procedural requirements for vendors responding to a micro purchase for shelving. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award, and the micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is deemed in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors are instructed not to deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
The checklist requires sellers to complete multiple steps including: confirming seller role status, answering the Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question, entering unit costs for all listed items, answering mandatory questions, downloading and reviewing terms and conditions, submitting a Consent & Authorization form (required), optionally submitting an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form, attaching any supporting documentation, and reviewing the quote summary before submission. All red validation messages must be resolved before a quote can be submitted. No quote will be considered without an executed Consent & Authorization form on file.
