About this file

This is a seller checklist document from the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for small order purchases submitted through the PHLContracts platform. The document outlines a micro purchase opportunity for welding machine parts and repair services to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in Pennsylvania. Sellers must quote all items listed in the bid to be eligible for award. The solicitation will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interests. No delivery or services are to be provided until the department issues notification of award.

The checklist requires sellers to complete multiple submission steps including confirming seller role, answering questions about Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, entering unit costs for each item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting required attachments. A signed Consent & Authorization form must be on file in the vendor profile or attached with the quote submission; quotes without this documentation will not be considered. Sellers may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form and any additional supporting documents related to their quote. All validation warnings must be addressed before final submission through the PHLContracts portal at www.PHLContracts.phila.gov.
