About this file

This is a Seller's Small Purchase Checklist for a City and US Flags procurement in Pennsylvania. The document serves as a verification tool for sellers bidding on this small order purchase, which will be awarded as a whole or by line item at the City's discretion to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items listed in the solicitation to be eligible for award consideration. The procurement specifically prohibits delivery or provision of services until official notification is received from the department. This firm limit purchase establishes clear guidelines for bidder eligibility and award procedures.

The checklist format indicates standard compliance and documentation requirements that sellers must satisfy to participate in the bidding process. The document functions as an administrative tool to ensure sellers understand and can meet the City's requirements for this flags procurement, including the obligation to submit complete quotes for all line items and adherence to the prohibition on service delivery prior to formal authorization from the awarding department.
