About this file

This is a seller checklist document issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for completing small purchase quotations through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist is associated with a micro order purchase for Herbicide in Pennsylvania, which will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award and are instructed not to deliver or provide services until notified by the department. This bid will result in a requirements contract.

The checklist outlines a 13-step process for sellers to submit compliant quotes, beginning with ensuring proper user role selection and progressing through completion of the General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary tabs. Key requirements include entering unit costs for each listed item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting a Consent & Authorization form with the quote. Sellers may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All validation warnings must be addressed before submission through the PHLContracts.phila.gov portal.
