About this file

This is a Seller SOP Checklist document issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for the Canon Camera Lens micro purchase opportunity (B2728123). The solicitation is a small purchase award that will be made as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interests, and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items listed to be eligible for award. The contract period runs from September 25, 2026 through June 30, 2027. No delivery or services should commence until the seller receives official notification from the department.

Sellers submitting quotes must complete a structured submission process through the PHLContracts.phila.gov portal, including confirming their seller role, selecting whether they are a certified Local Business Entity (LBE), entering unit costs for each item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting required attachments. A Consent & Authorization form must be on file in the vendor's profile or attached with the quote submission; quotes will not be considered without this document. Sellers may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. All validation warnings must be resolved before quote submission through the Summary Tab review process.
