Seller Standard Operating Procedure Checklist for Pennsylvania Plastic A-Frame Sign Micro Purchase

This document is a Seller Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Checklist related to a micro purchase opportunity with the City of Pennsylvania for Plastic A-Frame Signs in the standard 24 x 36" size. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, determined at the City's discretion, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award consideration. The checklist establishes procedural requirements that sellers must follow throughout the bidding and contracting process, including prohibitions against delivery or service provision until formal notification is received from the contracting department.

The checklist outlines critical compliance requirements for sellers participating in this opportunity, including documentation standards, submission procedures, and pre-award obligations. Sellers are required to meet all specified formatting, content, and administrative requirements to maintain responsive status. The document serves as a quality control tool to ensure sellers understand and can execute all conditions necessary for participation in the micro purchase award process, with particular emphasis on adherence to the City's procurement regulations and the requirement that no work or delivery commence prior to official department authorization.
