About this file

This document is a Seller Checklist for Small Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist provides step-by-step guidance for vendors responding to the CCOM Corrugated Boxes micro purchase opportunity in Pennsylvania. Sellers must complete all required tabs in the PHLContracts system, including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. Vendors are required to quote all items listed in the bid to be eligible for award consideration, and the micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest. No specific response deadline, project timeline, or contract term information is detailed in this checklist document.

The checklist mandates that all vendors must maintain a valid Consent & Authorization form in their vendor profile prior to quote submission, with copies attachable if not already on file. Sellers must designate their correct user role (Seller, not Seller Admin) before proceeding. While the Local Business Entity (LBE) Program does not apply to small purchases, the certification question must be answered to proceed. An optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form is available for submission. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and vendors should not deliver services or products until formally notified by the department. All pricing, terms, and supporting documentation must be submitted through the PHLContracts platform.
