About this file

This is a Seller Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Checklist associated with a micro purchase acquisition card opportunity for the City of Pennsylvania. The checklist outlines procedural requirements for sellers participating in the DRIFTCON Acquisition Card contract, which runs for a one-year period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All prospective sellers must quote all items listed in order to be eligible for award consideration. The checklist emphasizes that sellers must not deliver products or provide services until officially notified by the purchasing department.

The SOP Checklist establishes operational guidelines and compliance standards that sellers must follow to maintain eligibility under the acquisition card program. Key requirements include adherence to specified procedural protocols, timely communication with the City, and fulfillment of documentation obligations. The checklist serves as a reference document to ensure all participating vendors understand their obligations and maintain consistent service delivery standards throughout the contract period. No specific pricing information, set-asides, or funding sources are detailed within the checklist itself, as it functions primarily as an administrative procedural document rather than a pricing or financial specification document.
